592 days ago Cornerstone Bank opened its current facility in Rugby, North Dakota. Last week, we broke ground for our new building. This new bank demonstrates Cornerstone Bank’s commitment to the communities it serves by offering its valued customers the highest level of quality financial services.
Starting out in a leased space, the bank’s priorities were to welcome the team and start providing accessible financial expertise to the area. The team quickly outgrew their cozy quarters. Rugby Market President Kyle Nelsen stated, “This is an exciting day as it not only marks the official start to getting my staff to a new facility, but also shows our commitment to the Rugby community. I appreciate the overwhelming positive response we have received since opening our doors. I look forward to making the move to our new facility and increasing our presence in Pierce County and the surrounding area.”
Chairman Gary Petersen shared his excitement explaining, “When this opportunity came up, we knew this team and location would be a perfect fit for Cornerstone Bank. We look forward to seeing the advancements this new building will bring and becoming a significant part of Rugby, Pierce County, and surrounding areas.”
Cornerstone Bank’s future location in Rugby will be directly east of Home of Economy, adjacent to Highway 2. The facility is expected to be operational spring of 2025.
