Why is my username being denied?

It may be denied for a couple reasons. Your Username is case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters with no required numeric or alpha. The Username may already exist for another online banking client.

How do I enroll in text banking?

Once you have logged in to your online banking,

  • Click Profile.
  • Select Mobile Banking.
  • Click manage devices.
  • Click add new device and follow the prompts through an easy set up process.
